Our panels
Our die-cast aluminium floor panels are made of EN AC-AlSi9Cu3(Fe) alloy. This material has:
– High dimensional stability,
– Good mechanical properties,
– Is dust free and is easy to die-cast in desired shape.
The aluminium floor panel is corrosion resistant, microbial resistant, light weight and has high load-bearing capacity.
Because of these properties, our aluminium panel is one of the most economical and durable materials for structural use all kinds of applications.
ESD-safe
Our panels are supplied as standard with a Colorex SD or EC top layer for permanent ESD safety and reliability.
However, we can also apply other top layers based on customer requirements or specifications.
Stability
Aluminium panels in combination with our Corner Lock system provide extra floor stabilization and anti-vibration.
Our raised floor systems consisting of an substructure with our pedestals, stringers or box girders provide highest lateral resistance to heavy rolling loads and seismic loading.
