ESD Safe
Following our customers' specifications, our aluminium raised floor are made as static dissipative (SD) or electrostatic conductive (EC). This prevents high static charges and enables any static charges to flow efficiently and easily to earth. The PBS aluminium raised floors increase safety, reduce (latent) defects in components and ensure higher productivity.
Maximum Load Bearing Capability
The composition and structure of our die-cast aluminium panels result in maximum load bearing capacity with a minimum of weight, without flexing or sagging. In combination with our pedestals, stringers and/or box girder structures, the floor will absorb and dissipate lateral forces minimising the risk of damage to the floor or equipment.
High Accuracy
By producing our aluminium raised floors with state-of-the art equipment and highest precision, we can guarantee our customers smooth, uniform and stable floors. This results in the high standards and required tolerances for effective and efficient high-tech environments.
Controlled Air Distribution
Our perforated Airvent aluminium panels enable controlled air distribution, needed for temperature regulation or particle control in the room. We offer 4 different degrees of perforation, allowing our customers to customize the airflow.
